Our Antipasti include citrus fruits fragrances, fruits of season and sprouts.
In the first courses the Chef favours fresh or sundried tomatoes, basil, shallot and sometimes fresh chili. Our second courses usually present spontaneous herbs, legumes, mountain thyme and small organic potatoes with peel.
To stun your senses and fully enjoy the quality of our raw ingredients, Chef Daniele Sechi undertakes innovative cooking methods, such as cold or hot smoking, low temperature steaming, as well as marinated herbs that will enhance the fragrances. The king of all recipes is the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, of the highest quality and rigorously from Sardinia.
In the cellar, Blù Restaurant selected the best Sardinian vineyards, while keeping in the list also the most important Italian wines, as excellences of our roots.
